AIR3, Collettivo Chiaroscuro and Fujifilm present the masterclass THE LANGUAGE OF LIGHT, with Mauro Fiore ASC

The Language of Light
An Immersive Experience with Mauro Fiore, ASC – Academy Award® Winner for Best Cinematography (Avatar, 2010)

AIR3, Collettivo Chiaroscuro and Fujifilm are organising a once-in-a-lifetime masterclass: two days of hands-on work on set alongside an Academy Award winner, with the unique opportunity to try out for yourself the brand-new Fujifilm GFX ETERNA 55, Fujifilm’s first-ever cine camera, launched this year and IMAX certified. A hands-on workshop in which we will recreate the iconic sets from Fiore’s films, analysing his lighting techniques and working side by side with him to authentically reproduce his cinematic light.

Born in Marzi, Calabria, Mauro Fiore moved to the United States at just 7 years old, where he went on to build one of the most significant careers in international cinematography. A unique opportunity to encounter both his Italian roots and his American perspective in the same workshop.
