Born in Motta di Livenza, in the province of Treviso, in 1985, he graduated from the DAMS program in Bologna and began working his way up in the photography department in 2008 as an assistant. At the same time, he experimented with his photography in the world of independent music videos. In 2011, he started signing his work as a director of photography, initially in documentaries, which led him to deepen his exploration of controlling natural light. His first fiction feature film came in 2017 with the independent film Famosi in 7 giorni, distributed by Minerva for Netflix. He has worked on projects for Sony, Universal, Amazon UK, and La7. He smoothly transitions between documentary, fiction, and commercial work, always striving to adapt his style to the project and the director’s vision.
